I really love going to Richland Strength. I came in not knowing much at all, and the coaches have been awesome. They are super patient, great at explaining things, and always helping you get a little better each time you show up. It's been cool to see real progress just by being consistent. The gym is always clean, and everyone there is genuinely nice and welcoming. I’m in Richland for a month and needed a place to train. I was welcomed in from the moment I walked through the door . Great coaching, equipment was top notch and the space was clean and showed the owner obviously cares about his members. If I moved here I wouldn’t hesitate joining. The owner, Chris was quick to answer all of my questions even though he was on vacation (I didn’t know this at the time). Recommend 10/10
