Generally, one of my favorite places to be. Made it so many friends learned so much from amazing coaches. I have never felt better in my life.
I love this box. There is a great group of people who have become family and always support one another. You learn that no matter what level or age you are, you are always welcome and can always do a workout at YOUR level. It’s fun too!
I have so enjoyed being a member at CrossFit WcG. The coaches are awesome, so aware of what's going on, knowledgable and kind. As someone who has been in the CrossFit community, and previously has coached with my Level 1 certification, I appreciate the coaching and experience here. I have been with CrossFit WcG for about 2 years and have nothing but good things to say.
Outstanding place. Best Crossfit box I have ever been to. Coaches are amazing! I highly recommend for any level of fitness - beginner to expert. Owner Bill Colavito is truly wonderful.
Wow! What an experience! I called ahead of time for my sister (no CF experience) and myself (2 years of CF) to drop in while I was in town visiting the family. She and I both had an amazing experience. Bill walked my sister through CF fundamentals, while building her confidence and she even said to me afterwards “I thought I was going to be intimidated but I wasn’t at all”.
