My wife and I dropped into CFW while on vacation. The gym was very clean and organized. The members were very kind and welcoming. We were coached by the owner Mike, who gave us excellent pointers and made for a very enjoyable class. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Thank you for having us!
This is a great gym! They have all the equipment for a great workout, clean facility and friendly staff.

Renegade is a GREAT gym. We came to find it about a year ago and hands down the cleanest, most up to date equipment around. The staff is friendly and committed!
The gym is clean, well maintained, low cost, and well equipped. The staff is extremely nice and easy to talk to, responsible, and want everyone there to succeed in their fitness goals.
