Incredibly welcoming and supportive coaches for a newbie like me!
Arguably the best experience I have ever had dropping in a gym. Members were awesome- Sara, Sofia…and Ethan was a great coach…great warm up, great communication, and great wod. I’m always hesitant when someone does their own programming as there are so many great resources these days. Ethan nailed it. I’ve been a member here for 7 years and am on my third unsuccessful attempt to find a new box only because I’m relocating. Been to about 30 different CrossFit gyms for travel etc and this place has set the bar so high it’s almost upsetting. Facilities, coaches, schedule and programming is unmatched. Not to mention all of the fun extras they offer - barbell club, monthly challenges, an amazing row/bike marathon, community outreach, and super friendly and accommodating to all fitness levels and schedules.
