CFWP is an amazing place. It is a comprehensive resource for developing whole body fitness through aerobic and strength training. The coaching and community of great people are what have kept me consistently attending since 2014.
I absolutely love CFWP! I have had a class with nearly every coach. They are all super knowledgeable and encouraging. The owner Ethan truly cares about every athlete that comes through the doors. I have made so much progress in a short time with good programming and coaching. I highly recommend CFWP!!
CrossFit Wash Park is a welcoming community and a great place to workout and make friends. The coaches are knowledgeable, compassionate, and help you achieve your goals. At the start, I thought I was only going to be able to lift a certain amount of weight. But the slightly nudged me, and I surpassed that limit with ease. The coaches and community helped me believe in myself at the gym and have given me the confidence to try more things.
I was a member of CrossFit Wash Park since mid 2021- late 2025 and CrossFit Wash Park will always hold a very special place in my heart. I trained here for 4.5 years, and during that time, it became so much more than just a gym—it became a community, a second home, and a huge part of my life. I barely knew what CrossFit was when I took a chance on this gym back in 2022, but I am so grateful that I did. Ethan and the team at CFWP have created something truly special. I have felt a sense of belonging here from day 1 thanks to the incredibly warm and welcoming community.
