Excellent facility and coaches in the Hamptons. Very enjoyable class
I joined CrossFit Warrior Legion about a year ago with no experience, and the journey has been incredible. The coaches have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging every step of the way. Everyone who works out at the gym is friendly, and it truly feels like a supportive community. If you ever feel lost, someone with more experience is always willing to help. And if you're new, the coaches work closely with you to ensure you're safe and performing the movements correctly. I started here several months ago, a little nervous about CrossFit, but it's been a consistently rewarding experience. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping members improve, regardless of fitness level. Each workout is well-structured and scalable, which made it easy to get started and stay challenged over time. The community atmosphere is also a standout—encouraging, supportive, and motivating! I only joined 4 months ago but I can tell it is one of the best decisions on my life going there and signed up.. The gym is always clean the people there are great the coaches are really good and they will push you till your limits. But is a really nice place for a work out doesn’t matter what time you go 5am 8am 9am or 5pm every one and every coach are nice they will help you on anything you need. Don’t be shy stop by and have a class ..
Great coaches, very spacious and clean gym with plenty of equipment. Highly recommend!
