I have been a member of CrossFit Warrenton for about eight months. I attend the 5:30 AM class with a great group of people and the environment and workouts are not intimidating at all. Crystal is a great coach and is able to adjust movements in a workout for any skill level. I highly recommend it.
My husband and I absolutely love our CrossFit classes. It’s a wonderful facility and great community. Justin, Crystal, and coaches are all wonderful.

Joining this CrossFit gym this past August was one of the best decisions I've ever made. As a woman in her mid-40s, I knew that I had to start paying attention to my bone and muscle health, so that I can continue to do all the things I love to do. My boys have been attending the OTA workouts for 2 months now and they love it! Coach Justin is wonderful with kids on all levels. A great place to get your kids prepared for any sport!
