This is my first experience at a CrossFit gym, and over the past 4 months it has been great. It couldn’t have been more welcoming. No matter your skill level, you’ll always get a workout that challenges you and can be modified to your needs. The coaches and members are all very helpful. CrossFit has helped me meet my health goals and set new ones I never thought possible (like actually using the barbell, never thought I’d try that). Honestly one of the best CrossFit gyms I have ever been to. The coaches are top notch, super clean and well outfitted facility, programming is challenging and fun, and the vibe is great!! They have built an amazing culture here and I’m happy to call it home now.
Great gym! Atmosphere is what everyone is looking for at a gym and it’s like a big family. Everyone is welcome and everyone helps everyone out.
Outstanding gym with something to offer for everyone. The pride in ownership is apparent in the coaching staff they employ, the cleanliness and amenities of the gym itself, the continued investment in new equipment and improvements, and the wide variety of class offerings. The tight knit member community welcomes all and keeps you coming back!
I love this place!!! Great community and great coaches. Nothing but positive energy and great workouts that kick you butt (in a good way)
