I've been to 48 different CrossFit boxes over the years and I've never left from dropping in with a hug, quick picture with the group, and a gift. Genuinely felt the Hawaii Ohana from the CrossFit Waipio Coaches and Members. It was a great experience, dropped in three times, awesome programming, and very convenient to sign up. Definitely would visit again.
Very friendly place, they work with insurance programs to offer lower rates. Great workouts
AMAZING CROSSFIT GYM! I currently live in Oregon, but every time I visit home on Oahu, I make it a point to drop in at CrossFit Waipio. I’ve been coming here since 2014, and it’s incredible to see how much the gym and its community have grown with each visit. I was nervous to start crossfit but the ohana here made it a very welcoming environment! i appreciate all of the coaches who are patient and work with you to modify any workouts. an even bigger thank you to all of the athletes that cheer each other on!! yall are truly an amazing bunch 🏋🏽
I've been going to this gym for 8 months now and I love everything about it. At the age of 35 It's been over 15 years since I've stepped foot in a gym. I was overweight by like 30-40 pounds. I had really bad anxiety attacks at that time and I wanted to change my lifestyle. I chose Crossfit Waipio based off their website and social media.
