The coaches are really great. The equipment and space is wonderful. I usually take the class that Luigi coaches, and he is very attentive, knowledgeable, and motivating! I have always been welcomed like family and it makes me feel amazing. It is such a great community who love to cheer each other on. Come give it a try, you will love it!
Coaches, programming, hours, everything...!
Been to a few CrossFit gyms in the Dane County area and this one is by far the best. They currently use Mayhem programming, have 5 classes a day (m-f and 2 classes Saturday morning, open gym all day Sunday) and allow open gym any time there isn't class (5am-9pm). Coaches are well informed and professional. Ownership is even better. Pete (owner) listens to feedback and is passionate about bettering the gym and it's members.
