Did two drop in classes while in town. Gym was very inviting and the coach was helpful with modifications.
I dropped in Saturday 6/13. I showed up unannounced (registered at a different location). Lex said “not a problem, let’s get you set up”. Was able to drop in immediately. Received a thorough explanation of the WOD. Did pre workout stretches and had a great partner workout with Hanna. Throughout the workout Lex gave some great rowing cues and suggestions on form. Was my third drop in and will be there again if travel allows. Very welcoming, great energy, great Box. Thank you Lex!
I personally have been rolling with CrossFit workouts for over 8 years. While traveling I've visited dozens of CrossFit gyms. CrossFit VU and it's coaches are top notch to say the least. They were very welcoming and hospitable and even though I'm a geriatric athlete, I was easily able to scale their workouts to fit my ability. Lex and all of the coaches at Crossfit VU are great!
I enjoyed CrossFitVU! The workouts were fun & challenging, able to scale down or increase difficulty. Coaching staff was very knowledgeable & encouraging. They made me feel more at home during my vacation to FL. Excited to go back!
