I personally have been rolling with CrossFit workouts for over 8 years. While traveling I've visited dozens of CrossFit gyms. CrossFit VU and it's coaches are top notch to say the least. They were very welcoming and hospitable and even though I'm a geriatric athlete, I was easily able to scale their workouts to fit my ability. I enjoyed CrossFitVU! The workouts were fun & challenging, able to scale down or increase difficulty. Coaching staff was very knowledgeable & encouraging. They made me feel more at home during my vacation to FL. Excited to go back!
The only way I can describe Crossfit VU is that it is the BEST! The best coaches, the best atmosphere, the best programming, the best owner, and most importantly, the best COMMUNITY! Whether you are new to CrossFit or experienced, you will not be disappointed. The classes were the best hour of my day.
