The only way I can describe Crossfit VU is that it is the BEST! The best coaches, the best atmosphere, the best programming, the best owner, and most importantly, the best COMMUNITY! Whether you are new to CrossFit or experienced, you will not be disappointed. The classes were the best hour of my day. I’ve been going for a year now, and it’s been a huge part of my fitness journey. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable and trained staff, and a clean, safe environment to help you get the results you want.
Heard about CrossFit VU through a friend of mine and decided to tag along for a workout and fell in love instantly. The coaches are super helpful and will critique your form with the intention of only being helpful never hurtful. Been attending consistently for the last two months and plan to continue until the end of time! Go check out CrossFit VU and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
