*****PLEASE READ***** I visited this CrossFit gym but it seems to only be a martial arts studio for youth now. Employee said they no longer do the CrossFit there. CrossFit VTG is legit, and Matthew Hughey is, hands down, one of the best coaches I've ever had. And yes, I've had more than one. The atmosphere is great. The coaching is non-judgmental, but it will push you to be your best. As a BJJ practitioner I wanted to add some strength and conditioning training to my routine, and CrossFit VTG and Matthew Hughey came highly recommended by people whose physical fitness can mean the difference between life and death in their profession.
