Crossfit Virtue is an excellent gym. The coaches are certified through Crossfit, so they know how to take a beginner and help them improve incrementally. My husband has been attending classes here since 2013!

If you hate fitness, cleanliness, kid-friendly vibes, and virtuous coaches, this is not the box for you. Conversely, if the afformentioned are what thoust seek...ye shall find. Staff and coaches pound proper technique in addition to giving constructive feedback. What I most appreciate about this box is the diversity and niches within the community whether you are a beginner, weekend warrior or interested in competing. One box fits all.
