I'm so happy I made a change and joined Crossfit Viroqua. Angie is an amazing coach. She's 100% thorough, explains everything clearly and makes sure we all have good form. I've never been coached to this level before and I love it. She's very friendly and encouraging; making me feel "at home" right from Day 1. Thanks Angie - you're the best!
