CrossFit Virilis is a great gym and the coaches provide thorough instruction and a positive, encouraging environment. They do an excellent job explaining movements, providing helpful feedback, and making everyone feel welcome regardless of experience level. Definitely a great place to train and improve!

Haley provides clear coaching, smart programming, and consistent attention to form. Every class feels both productive and fun. The coaches at Virilis make me feel like part of a family.

We had a great experience at our first class with CrossFit Virilis. Tanya was intentional, thorough, and has created a great environment to work out and grow as a community. Excited for more!

First class back today and it was great! Rachelle did such a great job helping me modify the workout so I could still get a good workout in without pain. She was really attentive and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I was nervous , but she made the experience feel safe, encouraging, and still challenging. Glad to be back!

I came into town for a few days to visit some family and dropped in for a few classes while I was here and the community is awesome, everyone was very nice, one of the coaches even bought me a coffe after our workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to join the CrossFit community.
