The place is full of amazing kind people. The WODS are always amazing. As well as each class not being over crowded. Very well sized classes to get what you need done.

Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The facility was clean and left lots of room for everyone to have their own space without worrying about bumping into each other. The kids area was perfect for our little ones as well.

I’m fairly new to CrossFit Vint Hill, but I thought that would make for a great review for people looking to join. Ever since I walked in the door on the first day everyone has been so nice and welcoming. The coaches are patient when you need extra help with something new and the atmosphere is awesome. I’m so glad I joined and I encourage anyone considering it to give it a try!

Great instructors, great facility, but most importantly great workouts! The coaches are extremely helpful and it is an awesome community. I highly recommend CrossFit Vint Hill!
