I mean, what can I say? I’ve been a CrossFitter since 2019 and recently switched gyms on a recommendation from friends. The coaches here are amazing and so knowledgeable. They push you but they also know your limits. It’s the perfect combination. Also, the programming is top notch. There is a strength portion — and coaches actually give you time to build! — and a Metcon almost every day. Tuesdays and Saturdays are partner/team WODs. It’s nice and balanced. Fantastic Gym! The coaches and members are phenomenal! Very family friendly and community oriented. Joining this gym is a seamless transition from any level because workouts are modified based on the individual. Team is quite supportive. Highly recommend this gym! :)

I always hated the gym. I was always lost and overwhelmed. Village Gems changed everything! Whether you’re new to fitness and haven’t worked out before or you’re an avid gym junkie the coaches and fellow athletes make you feel at home. You become part of a community that’s full of support and encouragement. No drama. No negativity. The programming is A-1; Fun, challenging and motivating.

I was apprehensive at starting at a CrossFit gym but 3 years later I’m still here. The coaches are amazing, the vibe is right and I always walk out better than I was the hour before. I’ve met some great people along the way. So happy to be apart of this gym.
