I was in Wagga for 3 months and wanted to try something new, and joining cross fit was really fun. I met Gus who did the intro bit and checked in on me throughout the 3 months... which was great. The coaches have taken time to make me feel welcomed, motivated and feel good about myself. I was encouraged pushed and by the end I was doing moves and lifting weights I didn't think I could.
