Ashley and Miles were fantastic. Everyone was extremely welcoming. I came to drop in for the weekend and they were actually doing a pull up seminar. Learned something new, broke a sweat, and had a good time. Will definitely go back when I’m in town next time.

I absolutely love CrossFit Victorious! The atmosphere is so positive and encouraging, and the coaches truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported, regardless of experience or ability level. They take the time to break down each workout and offer modifications so that everyone can succeed and feel challenged in the best way possible. I was so nervous to try something new, but as soon as I stepped in to the gym, I felt comfortable. The atmosphere is motivational and it does not matter if you have worked out previously or not. The coaches are amazing! On days that I want to be lazy, I show up to class and I am always glad that I did!
