CrossFit Verulamium is everything I was hoping it would be with welcoming and supportive coaches and members. All shapes and sizes, all ages, no mirrors… It’s all about safe and sustainable training. 2024 has been my first full year at CrossFit Verulamium and I can’t recommend it enough. Claudia and Ollie have, through great classes and coaches created a community, as Vin would say ala fast and furious a “family”. Whatever your level, whatever your goals, you are welcomed.
Great CrossFit gym with excellent staff and coaching and high quality equipment.
Great training, everyone is super friendly and the Coaches are all knowledgeable and approachable which makes this a cool place to train at.
