2024 has been my first full year at CrossFit Verulamium and I can’t recommend it enough. Claudia and Ollie have, through great classes and coaches created a community, as Vin would say ala fast and furious a “family”. Whatever your level, whatever your goals, you are welcomed.
Great CrossFit gym with excellent staff and coaching and high quality equipment.
Great training, everyone is super friendly and the Coaches are all knowledgeable and approachable which makes this a cool place to train at.

Awesome place to train. Had been debating for a few years to try CrossFit, and my only regret is not starting it sooner. If you are getting bored of the gym with a great atmosphere - this is the place to push yourself another gear (or 5!). Coaches are awesome, great energy and get you results - especially Claudia, Gregg, Elle and Harry, who have already taught me loads.
