I joined CrossFit Vernon 6 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve made! Such a friendly and fun atmosphere, amazing coaching and the laughter just never stops! They have taught me so much and given me such confidence in my strength! I have made amazing new friends and I just thoroughly enjoy going to my classes each week. Dropped in to CrossFit Vernon today and its a great spot! Super friendly and accommodating, nice overall set-up and lots of open gym times available. They also have quite a large space, so even though I was doing my own workouts on one side I didn't feel like I was disrupting the classes on the other side of the gym.
I started attending CrossFit Vernon in August 2024. Looking back, now, 6 months later I am astonished at the experience I have had. This is the first time I have committed to going to a gym in nearly 20 years. My fear was not having enough time to commit. However, I quickly felt incredible acceptance, support, encouragement and inspiration for a healthy fitness. What makes Vernon CrossFit unlike any other 'gym' is the coaches.
