I joined CrossFit Vernon 6 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve made! Such a friendly and fun atmosphere, amazing coaching and the laughter just never stops! They have taught me so much and given me such confidence in my strength! I have made amazing new friends and I just thoroughly enjoy going to my classes each week. Thanks Tavia for running a great gym, and all of CFV for being rad!
Dropped in to CrossFit Vernon today and its a great spot! Super friendly and accommodating, nice overall set-up and lots of open gym times available. They also have quite a large space, so even though I was doing my own workouts on one side I didn't feel like I was disrupting the classes on the other side of the gym.
I started attending CrossFit Vernon in August 2024. Looking back, now, 6 months later I am astonished at the experience I have had. This is the first time I have committed to going to a gym in nearly 20 years. My fear was not having enough time to commit. However, I quickly felt incredible acceptance, support, encouragement and inspiration for a healthy fitness. What makes Vernon CrossFit unlike any other 'gym' is the coaches. I joined CrossFit Vernon with very little experience when it came lifting weights or working out about 9 months ago. It has been a very positive experience for me. I know I am in good hands with all of the coaches at CrossFit Vernon as their passion for what they do is undeniable. They are constantly improving themselves and everyone around them. They have created an environment that I am happy to be a part of. I look forward to continuing to build on what I have learned and improving my fitness going forward.
