I started attending CrossFit Vernon in August 2024. Looking back, now, 6 months later I am astonished at the experience I have had. This is the first time I have committed to going to a gym in nearly 20 years. My fear was not having enough time to commit. I joined CrossFit Vernon with very little experience when it came lifting weights or working out about 9 months ago. It has been a very positive experience for me. I know I am in good hands with all of the coaches at CrossFit Vernon as their passion for what they do is undeniable. They are constantly improving themselves and everyone around them. They have created an environment that I am happy to be a part of. I look forward to continuing to build on what I have learned and improving my fitness going forward.

Edit: 15th August 2024 and not only have I just received another email but also now I am receiving text messages. This is not appropriate, incredibly poor behaviour. Unfortunately I’d asked to unsubscribe back on the 3rd May 2024. I have now started receiving emails again, I kindly ask that you remove me from your mailing list.
