I've been doing Crossfit since 2017 and this place has been my favourite by far even though I'm only a couple months in. The coaches have been super attentive and I've gotten some excellent tips that has helped me improve in biking, double unders, deadlifts and overhead movements. Also, this place does not feel cliquey at all. You will not be disappointed!
This gym has been my home away from home for almost 7 years! The community is everything (seriously, so motivating and supportive!!!), and the coaches are invested in helping each of us move well and live well, no matter our age or skill level. I have added Individual Design (personal training) to my programming, which has helped me improve my biggest areas of focus. I have loved becoming part of the community at Crossfit Vengeance. I worked with Emily on getting my nutrition goals back on track and highly recommend her monthly nutrition program/coaching. Her knowledge and kindness makes the process of changing your diet much less daunting. Could not recommend this gym more!
Having never really started exercising (or doing anything even remotely athletic) until I was well into my later 40's, finding a place where I would feel comfortable, welcomed, and not judged was really, really important to me. Crossfit Vengeance feels like a home away from home. I always feel motivated and encouraged when I attend classes at the gym. The coaches are incredibly helpful and genuinely want to see you succeed and reach the goals you have set for yourself.
