Coming from another box and loving the atmosphere here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. So nice to workout with other people again. Coaches are all so nice and very flexible. Highly recommend.
Just came back to crossfit after a pandemic hiatus. I'm very impressed by the community here, everyone is very friendly and supportive. I have brought my girlfriend here as well to be a member and she is just beginning to learn it. Regardless of anyone's level or physical fitness, having a supportive commuity is important and highly recommend joining Crossfit VMA.
