VCP revived my passion for fitness. If you are looking for a place to learn new skills, improve old ones, and challenge yourself, VCP is the place! If you're new to Crossfit like I was, don't be intimidated, VCP is more than welcoming. It will be challenging and it will be difficult, but it will be 100% worth it! Like most things, you get out what you put in. Don't be scared to try them out!
