Dropped in while there for work. Coaching was great. People were really nice and the gym is very clean. If you are in the area, drop in for a great work out and great people.
Kyle's knowledge of an athlete's body and what it needs to perform at optimal capacity is what makes the difference between going to him for sports rehab and performance improvement vs other clinics. My treatment plan gave me relief after my 1st visit. I am confident he is on the right track with eliminating my pain while making my body stronger.
Dropped in for the week and had a great experience. Brad is an awesome coach!
