I’ve moved around quite a bit and have been to many CrossFit gyms over the years, but this one is by far my favorite! The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and the community is incredibly welcoming. It truly makes every class something to look forward to. The programming is well thought out, challenging, yet doable and keeps me motivated. I genuinely look forward to every workout. Whether you're new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, this gym is an amazing place to train!
As a military family, the first thing I look for is a CF gym. It’s the fastest way to feel like home, IYKYK. If you are looking for a community and a welcoming gym, CFV is the place to be. If you have kiddos, they provide child care with amazing care takers. You get to workout in peace knowing that your babies are being cared for.
