First time trying CrossFit and CrossFit Valdosta made me feel right at home. Such an encouraging community that comes along side you to help with knowledge on form and technique (don’t forget the sauna and cold tub!).

I travel a lot for work and I drop into a lot of different boxes all over the world. The Owner Jason reached out to me within 24hrs of me emailing him and helped me get my drop in days taken care of. I greatly appreciated the hospitality that was shown to me over the last few days. Awesome coaches and a great group of athletes who make you feel welcome. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town! Definitely drop in here if your in town, easily top 5 of all the boxes if dropped into.

CFV is a great place to start your CrossFit journey! No matter the skill level there is a modified workout if needed and everyone if always extremely nice and welcoming!
