CrossFit Vae Victis has been my happy place since 2019. When I first walked in, I was 220 lb, a total beginner who had no clue how to do most of the exercises. Today I’m 170 lb, in the best shape of my life, training for an Ironman and crushing 75 Hard challenges – and I owe a huge part of that to this gym. Very friendly, absolutely loved Winston the frenchie. Members and owner welcoming, programming was fun and innovative.

First and only experience in a CrossFit gym but would recommend to anybody. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and patient with new people, the workouts are fun and challenging, and the other members are nice and welcoming.
