Dropped in to retest 23.1 and found a huge open gym crowd with huge heart on a Sunday no less. Smaller space but have all the equipment and it’s got a great vibe. After CrossFiting for 4 years Bailey helped me get my first ring muscle up too! It’s the spot to go if you’re passing through.
This place is great! The trainers all take care in making sure you are doing the movements correctly as to avoid injury and get the most out of the exercise. The class times are convenient and the members are extremely helpful. This is how a gym should be!
