Fantastic gym. The members and all the trainers are amazing. They push you beyond your normal limits in a small group environment.
Have been a member for over 5 years. The coaches are amazing. This is one gym that is great at helping each person reach their potential by finding ways to scale the workout. The 7.30 am group has become like a close-knit family.
Awesome vibes at this gym! We dropped in on a Saturday morning for a fun partner workout coached by Rob, who ran a fantastic class. Thanks for having us!
