I didnt't want to have to write this review, but it seems only fair to warn others. I did one class at Urban Outlaws Training Club, and it cost me £150. I am only referencing the Hyrox element of this gym. The class itself: - I arrived for my first class, and stood there waiting to be told where to go, and what to do, as coaches were playing some game with a ball with people doing a crossfit class. - The class itself had a strength element at the beginning, and then the main bulk of the class was a cardio session. Urban Outlaws Training Club has provided exactly what I've always wanted (and needed) from a gym. Not only are the coaches knowledgeable in various aspects of olympic lifting/CrossFit/training in general, they also provide an environment & community which is unrivalled.
