I was initially hesitant to join because the word “CrossFit” intimidated me - I imagined the workouts would be far beyond my capabilities. However, the moment I walked in, my fears melted away. The support I received from Coach Daren and the members was incredible. Coach Daren and the entire team over at CFUJ are an amazing group of people who will patiently teach and encourage you to do things you didn’t think you could. At the same time you will laugh and cry together with new friends through some great workouts. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive way to improve their fitness and have fun doing it!
CFUJ has amazing coaches and an awesome community! Very thankful that I gave CrossFit a chance. If you are looking for a gym will cheer for you no matter, I highly recommend giving CFUJ a chance too!
