I was visiting the Gold Coast, looked up local boxes and decided to drop in — Johann was absolutely lovely and so welcoming from the moment I walked in. The workouts were tough but awesome, exactly the challenge I was looking for! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this CrossFit box to anyone wanting a great workout in a friendly atmosphere. 💪
Great trainers, solid workouts and friendly crew.
After I cancelled my membership, they kept charging me for many months (in total $970). When I checked my bank statement and I realised about it, I emailed them so many times, messaged them on Instagram and visited their gym to refund my money, they never refunded and sent me laughing emoji. Amazing CrossFit box! My partner and I have been working out here for some weeks and we're very happy with it :) Coaches are knowledgeable and they are always there to correct your technique or make you improve your training. There is 1 gymnastics class + 1 weightlifting class per week which I think is very helpful. It's pet-friendly (also kid-friendly, haha). Workouts are hard but rewarding! Overall, I recommend it to everyone ♀️ Thank you!!
