Crossfit UP is a fun gym with low ego and Great community! Everything is scalable so you can show up without anxiety and tailor your workout for your own ability. The associated PT clinic knowledge also helps do an amazing job at keeping me injury free.
I have been here a dozen or two times for the K2 classes and am fully impressed by the quality of instruction and workout, as well as the engagement from the instructor being over the top, you will get a great work out here regardless of your current fitness level.
Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Space is a little small but otherwise great!
