I’ve been a member of CrossFit Unwritten for almost three years, and stepping through those doors was truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The community, the coaches, the workout programming—everything about this place is incredible. What sets CrossFit Unwritten apart is how they meet you exactly where you are. Awesome gym! Coaching is excellent and the community is so welcoming. I only popped in for a few sessions while in town visiting, but the guys there at the 9am made me feel right at home. Thank you, Cassidy.
CrossFit Unwritten do not mess around! Their programming is amazing and I really enjoyed pushing myself with all the other amazing athletes there. The coaches are very nice and love coaching proper technique to prevent injury and maximize efficiency in their athletes. I noticed they are very attentive to new CrossFitters to make sure they get the best workout as well. Other members were very nice and inviting and I loved meeting Regina and the coaches and will definitely be back when I am back in town.
I can not say enough good things about this place. Even Jeff is ok.
Such an awesome community. The owner Regina is amazing. The coaches are awesome, and the janitor isn't much to look at, but he keeps the place clean. GO BLUE
