Coach Luis is very knowledgeable. He always explains the techniques and teaches us to improve our form everyday. He encourages to try harder with safety being the priority.
Great experience! Gym is clean and organized Coach Luis and staff are welcoming. They explain movements clearly and are actively helping each gym member improve on form or avoid any injuries. I hadn’t been to a CrossFit gym in YEARS but the environment here gave me confidence to start up again!
