I had a blast dropping into the 8 am class this morning! Friendly people, welcoming community, and excellent coaching. Coach took us through the workout guiding us from start to finish on what we needed to accomplish. I always knew what to do next! Equally as good as their coaching was their size of their space! It was open and had plenty of room to move. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow

This is an amazing gym with such a nice community. I was in town during 24.2 and the staff was beyond accommodating when judging and fitting me in. Big thanks to Chris for coming in early and being a great judge. Even dropping in, the other members were super nice. I could not have asked for a better environment to do the open in outside of my regular gym. I’d love to drop in again next time I’m in the area.
