I’ve been training in Crossfit Unitas less than a month but the coaches have managed to make me feel at home , I love the community and training with friendly and supportive people
Decided to drop into CrossFit Unitas since we were in town at our cabin. It did not disappoint. The staff is amazing and truly takes time with each and every athlete. I would highly recommend if you are in the Fargo area. The facility is so clean and nice!
I i think crossfit unitas is a great community,I always have such a blast. I have an uber Active lifestyle but on the flipside I have back problems to contend w/and no matter what I leave feeling really content with the work I put in. Their programming is awesome and I really love the hyrox. Programming, I can honestly say in the last year or so. I've been going to crossfit unitas. Switched to CrossFit Unitas to train for Hyrox and found a community! I was extremely nervous to go to a “CrossFit gym”, but immediately felt welcomed and put at ease by Rachel, Tobi and everyone at the gym. Rachel and Tobi are amazing coaches and awesome people. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
This place is THE BEST!! Tobi, Rachael, and all of the coaches have really made Unitas such a special place. The heart they put into the gym and their athletes is second to none. This is truly a place you can come to no matter your age, ability, or physical limitation. There really is a place for everyone here. You will be coached, pushed, and welcomed beyond what you could've ever imagined! Get in here!!
