I started taking classes here about 3 months ago and i absolutely love coming here!! Rachel and Toby are so knowledgeable of everything fitness and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. I would recommend anyone at any fitness level come check it out!!
This place is an amazing atmosphere. They are the most welcoming and accommodating. I was needing to do the open workout and they helped me get that done and cheered me on the whole time. Please stop in here if you are looking for a great gym. The knowledge base they have for the mechanics of the movements is above par on everything. Thank you CrossFit Unitas!
This is a great gym run by husband and wife duo Tobi and Rachel. They are passionate about creating a wonderful work out environment for people to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Got a wonderful work out in! Thanks, Tobi and Rachel - I’ll be back!
First workout 12/31/25! Tobi was a phenomenal coach! He gave me mods for every movement and yet also pushed me to up the game... Absolutely loved it!
Exactly what I was looking for in a gym. The owners Tobi and Rachel are awesome. They are very welcoming and open minded—they’re there to help you achieve whatever it is you’re looking to achieve. I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years and I can honestly say CrossFit Unitas is one of the best.
