Genial experiencia! Es muy difícil encontrar un Box en el que los entrenadores estén tan implicados y que tengan la clase tan bien preparada: un muy buen calentamiento, WOD intenso y vuelta a la calma con estiramientos. Hemos estado de vacaciones y han sido unos días buenísimos!

My boyfriend and I had two drop-ins during our vacation in NY. We had a very good time, the coaches are helpful, the environment is friendly, you can feel that there is a good community, the box is clean and neat. I would definitely recommend it even to those who, like us, are “foreigners”. Last but not least, the dog in the box is super sweet! 🥰

The BEST crossfit gym in the country. The community is second to none, and the coaching staff is the most understanding and helpful group of people you will ever meet. You will achieve your fitness goals, no matter what they are, and meet incredible people along the way. The ownership group is fantastic too. They’ve faced some challenges, as you’d expect running a small business in NYC, but the strength and energy of this community has never wavered, and that starts from the top.
