My first class and felt really comfortable and supported! All the exercises were explained really well and adjusted accordingly if needed (which was definitely needed with me 😂). I was really scared going in that I wouldn’t be able to keep up and get too overwhelmed and not want to go back, but it was the complete opposite and I can’t wait to go again!
OMG, Wade was my first trainer when I started. He is so motivating and so friendly. **Wade is JUST WOW**
Kristy did really well coaching tonight's class and invoked in the workout as well. Impressive! The workouts are well designed and very high intensity. It's a great experience so far. Thank you.
