Christine your classes are always full of humour and fun. There is never a dull moment. You are always very encouraging and great with your couching. If there is a movement that needs some tweaking Christine always helps and gives tips and tricks to improve. Thank you Christine

I was extremely nervous about the class today, but was warmly welcomed by Daniel. It’s many years since I last did any exercise and Daniel was able to provide me with adaptations to keep within my abilities. Thank you.
I thought Jennifer was fantastic! I liked her delivery of the excersises and she was more then happy to answer any questions and give me tips to improve. She made my first class feel at ease pretty quickly as I felt welcomed
Great atmosphere and instructor and other trainees were encouraging and supportive. Was worried about ability to participate due to some physical limitations but activities were modified to still provide a challenge yet let you feel included and still walk out knowing you'd accomplished something. Looking forward to the next class.
