If you are looking at getting into CrossFit I could not recommend CrossFit underway highly enough. Their coaches are such a well curated, knowledgeable and kind team who will support you towards your goals and meet you where you’re at. And a special shout out to Russ and Sam, the owners who drive this incredible facility and the culture that makes it so special. If you are new to the sport, looking for a gym or just wanting to try something new. This is your place to go😇
Great community and vibe. Very welcoming and machines in good working order. So many classes to choose from. I only do the HYROX training sessions but a lot of support available from nutrition to a running club every Sunday. Would 💯 recommend.
