People truly make the environment and the gym & all the coaches genuinely care about you and take the time to tailor programs to suit your individual needs. Whether it’s helping you work around an injury or supporting you in every aspect of your fitness journey, they’re always there for you. The social side is just as amazing too and the support extends well beyond the gym environment. It really feels like being part of a community that genuinely cares for one another.
I started CrossFit in my 50s unable to do a push-up never having lifted a bar and no hope of getting anywhere near a Pull up . However the people working next to you lifting large weights don’t offer anything other than encouragement in a positive manner. While I have certainly made some gains in strength the main win is outside of the gym where everyday life is vastly improved. Physical and mental . So for 3 or 4 hours a week and the cost of a few drinks go and wind the clock back 20 years Scott
All my family has been here. The expert coaching has helped me become stronger and confident in everyday life. I never felt more active. They have made a massive improvement in my dad’s health and fitness. My brother who came from overseas and trained here. All staff members are knowledgeable and approachable. Simply the best! If you turn up, the coaches and members around you will get the best out of you. The culture here is unreal and welcoming to all levels (I would know.. ). Been training here consistently for over a year now and have learnt so much, still very much a beginner in many ways but much more confident and have learnt so many new movements and exercises through scaling and building up over time.
