Great coach’s and a friendly fun atmosphere!
Tried out a CrossFit class today after being invited by a friend, and it was an awesome experience. The workout was cardio-focused and definitely pushed me, but in a really good way. Trainer Matt was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything and keeping the class motivated. The others in the gym were encouraging and friendly. If you’re looking for a place with great coaching and a supportive community, I’d definitely recommend checking this gym out.

Awesome atmosphere, high energy community. It really makes a huge difference to have people there to support! Also, a lot of respect to Matt the owner, all the judges, Alexa, one of the coaches and athletes and Todd, also one of the athletes! It is very humbling to workout with athletes of that high of skill level… Thank you everyone for the awesome experience!
