It's been a great first month and a half with CrossFit Una Stamus! Every class brings something different and there's always a positive energy in the room. My favorite workouts are ones that work multiple muscle groups and/or incorporate a little bit of cardio!
The family environment is amazing. The coaches Matt, Zach, Alexa are wonderfully approachable and so willingly to assist in anyway possible. I’m so happy I found CrossFit at Una Stamus just over a year ago.

Matt the coach and owner is always encouraging and professional. He is knowledgeable and always makes sure we are using the correct form to protect our body from injury. The workouts are never the same so I appreciate the variety.
I had a great experience at Una Stama. The workout was fun and challenging but I appreciated the warm welcome by coach and people.
