I have so throughly enjoyed this CrossFit gym and this community - it is a really genuine group of coaches who truly care about helping individuals reach fitness goals at various levels and stages of life, while providing an atmosphere of encouragement and fellowship, and supporting the local community of the school. Thank you for meeting me where I was and helping me become the stronger, more balanced person that I am today!
