Love this place. I'm just starting out, so they're careful to make sure I learn the forms correctly and scale things and push myself. So I can still work hard while not getting myself hurt. It's a great time, 10/10
Came by to try CrossFit for the first time! Mandy was our instructor- she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient with me and my friend! Everyone else was also friendly helpful. Overall a positive experience in a welcoming environment!
Was in town for a week and attended 6 classes, gym, staff, and members were welcoming and supportive. Wods were Rx and scaled to fitness level and even attended a Hyrox workout which smoked me. If in town and need a drop in gym go see Matt and staff they will take care of you. Jay
