Very welcoming and friendly coaches and members! Coaching staff have been great with helping me start CrossFit and the general community is really friendly and supportive. I was (and still am) brand new to it but they adapt really well to your level and build from there. Facilities are great, nothing to complain about!

Possibly the most inclusive gym in Cornwall. Obviously the exercise is the primary reason to go, but you get a whole lot more than that - everyone is friendly, coaches super knowledgeable, classes perfectly sized. I work from home and seeing everyone is often the highlight of my day. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants structured workouts in a set time frame with a great bunch of people.

There's a reason I started CrossFit here back in 2015 and have returned time and time again and am back to being a full member almost 10 years later. A family friendly and most welcoming CrossFit box in Cornwall. Always good laughs and vibes with all the members and the coaches are all so helpful and genuinely care for everyone! I couldn't recommend this place more if you want to try a new sport or return to CrossFit after some time away! It will definitely make you want to return! Amazing environment for all abilities.
