CrossFit Truckee has a solid facility and was kind enough to accommodate me while I did my own programming for a day or two. Had I stayed longer I definitely would have partaken in the classes. A few minutes away from Northstar ski resort if you need to get a workout in before or after skiing!
Dropped in this morning. Great instruction, welcoming members, good workout. We will be back!!!!
