I’ve been coming here for a couple of months, usually in the late morning. That timing works best because it’s calm and easy to focus. Machines are generally available, and I don’t feel rushed between exercises. One treadmill had a slight delay in speed adjustment for a few days, but it was eventually taken out for maintenance. Staff are visible around the floor but don’t interfere unless needed. It’s not a flashy place, but it’s consistent, and that reliability helps me stick to my routine.

So grateful to be part of CrossFit Trophy Club. The coaches, the workouts, and the community support make every class enjoyable and motivating. It’s the kind of place that pushes you to be stronger and better every day.

Fun workout today! Coach gave me a nice little push at the end of an interval which was awesome. Facility was very clean looking and even had some fresh paint! The way they had everything neatly stored in its own place was definitely noticeable. Will be back if I’m in town. Thank you!
