I love the Legends CrossFit Class! Coach Jenn encourages everyone to try and recognizes our individual limitations and makes suitable adaptations for each of us. The class is full of laughter, joyful interaction and celebrates every accomplishment no matter how small. Two years ago I fell and tore the front muscles off my rotator cuff and was going to need a reverse shoulder replacement. I like that the pace is such that its not overwhelming for beginners. With that being said there are opportunities to push yourself. Our instructor Jen is very positive, upbeat and encouraging.
I always enjoy classes at T&T…the Legends classes are so fun and perfectly suitable for someone who is not 24 years old anymore
This place is great to start new my lifestyle! Before I learned I had a breast cancer, in year of 2015. was a runner and athletic such as many 5k, 10k, four half marathons, triathlon and trail runs. Two races that were run kayak and bike. After I went through the surgery and treatments that hit me hard and struggling with a few time illness.
