I left my comfort zone and first attended class a few months back in the middle of the 26-week curriculum. I couldn't ask for a better group of guys to start my day with. Under Ron's instruction we have created a supportive and competitive environment for growth. Next week the lessons reset and it is a great time to start or restart your Jujitsu journey at Tried & True.
I love the early morning schedule so that I can get a workout out of the way. Ron and Jenn were amazing and motivating. It was my first time there but they walk you through every step. The environment was warm, welcoming and organized.
Jennifer did a great job keeping me on track and coaching me on my form. I enjoyed my first class.
Just absolutely amazing to work all the muscles in your body and build strength and confidence! I’m so thankful to be a part of the Tried & True CrossFit family!!!!!
