Jennifer did a great job today. She explained each exercise thoroughly and answered any questions that I had. She even fell for a bad Dad Joke that I threw at her. She kept the class motivated and inspired us to do the best that we could do.

Ronald was very thorough in his instructions. He provided a great warm up. He explained the moves and offered modifications for those of us who need them. He encouraged us and was an amazing instructor!
Jen is always giving helpful tips on how to do the workouts safely and most effectively. Tried and true is always a positive experience with nothing but positive vibes, support and encouragement.
