Jennifer did a great job today. She explained each exercise thoroughly and answered any questions that I had. She even fell for a bad Dad Joke that I threw at her. She kept the class motivated and inspired us to do the best that we could do.

Ronald was very thorough in his instructions. He provided a great warm up. He explained the moves and offered modifications for those of us who need them. He encouraged us and was an amazing instructor!
