I was intimidated to try CrossFit but love it. I continue to grow every week and love the trainers. Highly recommended!

Tried & True is one of my favorite ways to start the day. I enjoy the classes and learning new moves and techniques. Coach Jennifer is really helpful too she knows just the right way to encourage you to get the best movements and training.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, small class size so you really feel like attention is being paid to you. I have always been hesitant to join a gym but Tried and True really made crossing that bridge easy. Jenn is a great instructor, makes class fun. Highly recommend.
