Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Those new to cross fit are provided tips and techniques to prevent injury. The power of community is on full display here. Why 4 stars? Price. I understand everything is up right now, but I think the prices are still a bit steep. I would join if the price was right.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the studio and the friendliness of the staff! The coaches really care about your safety and health. I took the first class for free and immediately signed up for a membership. Such an efficient workout!!
Trenches is great. The owners are awesome and the coaches are very detail oriented and safety minded. Great place to start going to crossfit
