I was really nervous about joining CrossFit. But after meeting Abby and Mike the whole team really! They really made me feel welcome! Love their hyper-focused onboarding program ensuring novices (like myself) have all the tools you need to succeed. Best gym of any kind, CrossFit or otherwise, that I’ve used in the Denver metro area. Staff is fantastic and they prioritize safety and long term growth. I really feel like I get what they pay for. They have a shower facility which makes it easier for me to get a workout before work. A little more expensive than some CrossFit gyms in the area, but worth every penny.
I have belonged to several crossfit gyms over the years and Train is by far the best. The gym is big with plenty of space for larger classes. The coaches are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They will encourage you and challenge you which is why we are all in crossfit. I learned new skills in this gym and am grateful for what they do for all the patrons but also the community. They are constantly sponsoring community and charity events.
