I have belonged to several crossfit gyms over the years and Train is by far the best. The gym is big with plenty of space for larger classes. The coaches are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They will encourage you and challenge you which is why we are all in crossfit. I learned new skills in this gym and am grateful for what they do for all the patrons but also the community. They are constantly sponsoring community and charity events. They market themselves as being different and better than other gyms, but in reality, they were inflexible with scheduling, openly bad-mouthed other local gyms, and pushed the idea that only they had the “right” approach. The supposed inclusivity they advertise only ... read more
