UPDATE: OMG!!! I love CrossFit Tradition with all the supportive members and of course all the absolutely amazing coaches? It's changed my life. So happy I found this gym. Today is my 30 day anniversary and I attended 18 classes in that time period. From the first class, I knew this gym was special. The members were friendly and kind. Each class is different which is nice so you don’t get bored. The coaches are very professional. They are very concerned with making sure everyone uses proper techniques, and I trust their guidance. Top notch gym!!!
