Great gym, had to do a drop in for 26.1, sent a message to the gym, got a quick response and set up a time, everyone was awesome!! If you’re into CrossFit, definitely check it out Thanks Cody
This is the best place to train; here you build bonds like a family and feel right at home. You train, you feel happy, and you have many people cheering you on. I truly love being there. The owner, Cody, is an excellent instructor who helps us in many ways to improve every day. I am very grateful to have found this gym.
Must be at least 9 years now. Affordable. Clean. Classes to fit your schedule. Excellent staff. They will push you but they will not let get hurt. If you are looking to get and stay fit I would encourage you to come try it out for your self. You will not regret it. Something different everyday. Works out the whole body. Makes you all around stronger. If you are older, even better for you. You will develop strength to keep up your stamina heart rate and balance.
I love this place! I can call it my second home, where I clear my head and focus on my health. The most complete gym with all the equipment for a true CrossFit workout.
