Hands down the best CrossFit gym I’ve ever joined. The coaches are not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly encouraging and kind. After being out of the gym for months, I was nervous to get back into CrossFit—but Cody immediately put me at ease. He worked with me through my injury and helped me get back on track safely and confidently. I can’t recommend this gym enough for anyone looking to improve their fitness in a supportive, welcoming environment. They’re truly a gem!
UPDATE: OMG!!! I love CrossFit Tradition with all the supportive members and of course all the absolutely amazing coaches? It's changed my life. I know that probably sounds sappy but not only am I seeing physical benefits like getting stronger, standing straighter and losing weight but I've noticed I'm eating cleaner and am much happier and less stressed.
