Nice large facility, friendly coaches and members, and quality programming! I'm easing my way back into crossfit after taking a year off and I'm being reminded to take it easy by the coaches. Quality of movement and ability to move in daily life seems to be their overall priority.
The facility and the owner are outstanding!
